SSCL CGL Recruitment 2023 Notification:

The SSC CGL 2023 Notification was released by the Staff Selection Commission. The registration process for SSC CGL 2023 starts on 3rd April 2023. There are 7,500 Grade B and Grade C openings on a regular basis. Every year, the Staff Selection Commission conducts the Combined Graduate Level (CGL) Exam for applicants seeking positions in different Ministries / Departments / Organizations of Government of India and various Constitutional Bodies / Statutory Bodies / Tribunals. So, starting on 3rd April 2023 graduates who are interested and eligible can view the requirements and apply online. The last date for online application is 3rd May 2023.

Application Fee:

The application fee for candidates belonging to UR and OBC category is Rs.100, while candidates from SC/ST/female/PwD/ESM categories are exempted from paying any fee. The application fee can be paid through online mode using a credit/debit card or net banking, or in cash at SBI Branches by generating SBI Challan.

Age Limit:

The Age limit for the CGL Recruitment 2023 as on 01/08/2023. Candidates must be under the following age restriction. The age limit for the SSC CGL Exam is 18-30 Years.

Relaxation in the upper age limit is as follows.

Selection Process:

The selection process will be based on 4 stages:

·         Computer-Based Examination (Tier-I)

·         Computer-Based Examination (Tier-II)

·         Descriptive Paper (Tier-III)

·         Computer Proficiency Test / Data Entry Skill Test (wherever applicable) / Document Verification (Tier-IV)

Qualification & Vacancy:

The candidates must possess essential qualifications as of 01/08/2023.

·         Candidates should have completed Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University or equivalent.

1. Junior Statistical Officer:

·         Any Bachelor’s Degree with at least 60% Marks in Mathematics at 12th standard level or

·         Any Bachelor’s Degree with Statistics as one of the subjects at degree level.

2. Statistical Investigator Grade-II:

·         Bachelor’s Degree in any subject with Statistics as one of the subjects.

·         Candidates must have studied Statistics as a subject in all three years or all 6 semesters of the graduation course.
